Platform for Social Protection (PSP) in partnership with Care Intentional has introduced the scale project to strengthen social cash transfer beneficiaries double the monies that they receive.
Platform for social protection livelihood officer Esther Mbewe has told QFM News that the though the cash transfers has improved lives for many Zambians there is need to help the beneficiaries participate in other programs to help them forge ahead.
Ms. Mbewe Explains that PSP is confident that with the introduction of the scale project, beneficiaries will have more skills on how they can fit in society by knowing more on how they can mobilize the locally available resources.
She adds that the project will also help groups of twenty people to access small loans and save their activities by attaching business minds to what they do.
