Mukanga determined to see Chingola-Solwezi Rd worked on

Transport, Works, Supply and Communication Minister Yamfwa Mukanga says he is determined to see the Chingola-Solwezi Road worked on with the urgency it deserves.

Mr. Mukanga has acknowledged that the road in its current state is deplorable.

He says his concern on the bad state of the road is aroused by the fact that this is the same road used to transport most of the country’s mineral exports.

Mr. Mukanga has told Qfm News that he has to this effect instructed the Road Development Agency (RDA) to hasten in signing contracts with contractors to start working on the road.
