Kafue Member of Parliament Miriam Chonya has accused government of being selective in the distribution of national resources.
She says government is only taking development to areas considered to be Patriotic Front (PF) strongholds.
Ms Chonya says she has been lobbying for infrastructure development in her constituency but to no avail.
She says President Edgar Lungu’s statement when he delivered the state of the nation address on equitable distribution of resources is therefore not a true reflection of what is obtaining on the ground.
