Deliver a message of hope, Lungu told

President Edgar Lungu has been called upon to use his speech during the official opening of the 4th Session of the 12th National Assembly today to deliver a message of hope to the Zambian people.

A concerned Lusaka resident, Joseph Kachenjela is appealing to President Lungu to encourage Zambians to persevere as government ponders on solutions to improve their livelihoods.

Mr. Kachenjela says such encouragement from the President will give people assurance that the country will prosper despite the current economic challenges.

Another resident Mercy Mutale has urged President Lungu to tell the nation how government intends to address the issue of the high cost of mealie meal and increased load shedding.

Bridget Chonge, another Lusaka resident, has reminded President Lungu that the price of mealie meal is too high for majority of the people in the Country to afford.

Her concern is also been by Langa Banda.
