The construction of Bangweulu General Hospital in Luwingu District of Northern Province has commenced.
Lupososhi Member of Parliament Lazarus Chungu says the excavation works have already been done and that all the necessary materials are on site.
Mr. Chungu says works have commenced in earnest since the contractor moved on site.
In an interview with QTV News, Mr. Chungu says if one is traveling from Mansa to Luwingu using the Mansa-Luwingu road, the hospital construction site is visible on the right side.
Mr. Chungu says the people of Lupososhi and Luwingu District are happy that construction works on the hospital have commenced.
