IMG_20180321_153850Court Bailiffs have pounced on Football house the secretariat for the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) grabbing assorted goods such as office furniture and stationary.

A QTV News crew that rushed to the scene found bailiffs loading confiscated office equipment onto a truck.

The bailiffs however, prevented journalists from filming the operation threatening them that doing so would be contemptuous.

They claimed filming the operation could only be allowed when private bailiffs were the ones conducting the operation and not the court bailiffs with a court order.

They confiscated QTV and ZNBC cameras and a recorder from a News Diggers reporter, items which were only reclaimed at the Lusaka high court.

Earlier a ZNBC news crew called police officers at Mass Media complex for assistance in reclaiming the camera without success EFFORTS.

And efforts to get a comment from FAZ officials present proved futile as no one had the capacity to comment on the matter.
