A forty year old Zambian national has been found dead at his house in Germinston, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Bornface Kuyokwa, holder of passport number ZN 155052 was found dead by paramedics who were called to his house by his neighbours following some suspicions.

It is alleged that Mr. Kuyokwa was heard screaming shortly before paramedics were called to his house who pronounced him dead upon arrival at his house.

Police have since instituted investigations to ascertain the cause of death for the deceased.

Mr. Kuyokwa’s body has been deposited at a Johannesburg mortuary hospital awaiting repatriation to the Copperbelt after conducting autopsy.

And Zambia’s High Commissioner to South Africa Emmanuel Mwamba has expressed shock at the death of Mr. Kuyokwa.

He has appealed to the South African Police to conduct thorough investigations into the death of Mr. Kuyokwa in order to bring closure to the matter.

Mr. Mwamba has since thanked the Association of Zambians (ZASA) living in South Africa for their commitment and financial contribution in ensuring that Mr. Kuyokwa’s remains are repatriated to Zambia.
