Dr. Saviour Chishimba
United Progressive People (UPP) President Dr. Saviour Chishimba has maintained that Zambia needs a new set of leaders and reject what he has termed as ‘recycled politicians’ who are in government for personal benefits.
Dr. Chishimba says it is only in Zambia where politicians are recycled and eat almost from all governments saying there is need to reject such leaders.
He has told QTV News that Zambia needs fresh people with fresh ideas.
He has also observed the need to have a Zambian made constitution and not use what he has referred to as a ‘foreign constitution’.
