LCC extends deadline for shop owners in CBD to paint their shops to 28th February, 2018

The Lusaka City Council has extended the deadline for shop owners in the Central Business District to paint their shops to 28^th February, 2018.

LCC Acting Public Relations Manager Brenda Katongola has told QTV News that the deadline had initially elapsed on 25^th January.

Ms. Katongola says shop owners whose shops have not yet been painted should ensure they are painted or the council will be forced to paint the shops and charge the owners.

She however, says the council is happy with the progress being made by shop owners who have complied by painting their shops.
