Health minister Dr. Chitalu Chilufya says hero’s stadium will not be closed down as epi- center despite the reduction in the number of cholera cases.
Dr. Chilufya says this is because the facility still has cholera patients under treatment thus it will continue being used until further notice.
Meanwhile the minister has disclosed that angola’s health minister is in the country to share best practices on how to fight the cholera epidemic and also learn from zambia’s experience.
