Chiboboka wants RDA on site

Patriotic front Kabwata ward six councilor Longa Chiboboka is calling on the Road Development Agency (RDA) to quickly move on site and commence the construction of the 11 kilometers of roads in his ward.

Mr. Chiboboka has told q-news that residents in his ward are anxiously waiting for the commencement of the construction process of the 11 kilometers of roads following the revelation by RDA last year that it has allocated a stretch of 11 kilometers of roads to his ward.

Meanwhile Mr. Chiboboka is hopeful that the agency will this year move on site and begin constructing the roads to bituminous standard as well as completing the construction of the drainage system and erecting of the street lights in all newly constructed roads citing those which were left out during the phase one of the project.

He has since urged RDA to expedite the procurement process of the materials needed for the construction of the roads in the area.
