Five passengers have sustained serious injuries after a freight liner truck registration number alt 7142 which was driven by Lazarus Mudenda lost control and hit into four Hiace mini buses and corollas.
Police spokesperson says the accident happened this morning around 06:00hrs at Lusaka’s Mandevu area.
Ms. Katongo says the accident occurred when the said truck developed faulty brakes and hit into two Toyota corollas registration numbers BAB 4496 and ABZ 4254.
She says the victims have since been rushed to Chipata level one hospital.
