Re-opening of the Baluba mine cheers LYA Mayor

Luanshya Mayor Nathan Chanda has commended Government for facilitating the re-opening of the Baluba mine which was put on care and maintenance in 2015 by CNM Luanshya Copper Mine (CLM).
