The Patriotic Front leadership and general membership in Kasama District in Northern province has unanimously endorsed the decision by the party’s Central Committee to expel Roan Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili and the former Copperbelt province Minister Mwenya Musenge.
PF Kasama District Chairman Kalanga Bwalya says that the party members are also overwhelmed by the Central Committee’s unanimous endorsement of President Edgar Lungu’s sole candidature for the 2021 Presidential election.
Mr. Bwalya says the move by the party’s highest body to expel Mr. Kambwili and Mr Musenge has received the full backing of all party structures in the District.
The PF district Chairman has also stated that the leadership in the district is happy that the issue of Mr. Kambwili and Mr Musenge has finally been put to rest and that party members are now ready to open a new chapter.
