SACCORD calls for an all-inclusive dialogue

The Southern African Center for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (SACCORD) has called for dialogue involving all stakeholders in order to defuse political tension in the country.

SACCORD Executive Director Boniface Cheembe says political stakeholders from both the opposition and ruling parties should together with the Church and the civil society come together and seek to find a laSACCORD ED 1sting solution to the current political tension.

Mr Cheembe says dialogue is the only way to resolve the current political tension in the country which threatens the country’s peace and unity.

He told Q-News that Zambia has been known since independence to have leaders who have cherished dialogue whenever differences arise.

Mr Cheembe says there is need for political stakeholders, the church and the civil society to come together the dialogue table and address all matters affecting the nation.

He states that it the responsibility of all stakeholders to dialogue and find solutions to problems affecting the country.
