The Zambia Society for Public Administration (ZSPA) has warned some District Commissioners to desist from attacking their juniors and show some respect for the role they play in the country’s development.
ZSPA President Kelvin Esiasa has appealed to all senior government officers who are attacking their juniors to stop because all civil servants who are working in government add value to public service.
He says there is need for all government institutions to adhere to the principals of good governance and respect every government institution especially when it comes to service delivery.
Mr. Esiasa has expressed sadness that some innocent civil servants are being intimidated by their seniors a situation he has described as unfortunate.
