PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya has described the justification as cheap and irrational.

He says the conduct exhibited by UPND Members of Parliament on Friday was an attempt to cause trouble.

In an interview with QTV News, Mr. Bwalya says UPND MPs boycotted the President’s address with the hope of getting some political mileage.

Mr. Bwalya states that Zambians are not gullible to support Member of Parliament who want to continue accruing allowances yet refuse to recognize President Lungu.
