Zambia Vs. Guinea game: Tickets run out

The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has confirmed that all the tickets for the opening game between Zambia and Guinea have been sold out.

The association is however encouraging fans to purchase tickets for upcoming matches.

FAZ Communications Manager Desmond Katongo says FAZ has been flooded with inquiries over ticket sales for Match Day One of the Total Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations that kicks off tomorrow in Lusaka.

Katongo says the association is happy with the overwhelming response from members of the public that has seen all the tickets sold out for the opening game between Zambia and Guinea.

Katongo says initially there were concerns over perceived lack of publicity around the Total Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations.

He says these concerns have clearly been dispelled by the complete sale of match tickets for the Zambia versus Guinea game.

Katongo in a statement says this clearly shows that people were well informed and were eager to buy tickets and watch the games live.

He also states that fans will not be allowed to buy more than five tickets per individual.
