United, Peaceful and Prosperous Zambia (UPPZ) President Charles Chanda has advised government to address the thorny issue of the Barotseland Agreement of 1964 with caution.

Mr. Chanda tells QTV News that the issue has remained a thorny one because of the approach successive governments have handled it.

He says government must not shy away from engaging the concerned stakeholders on this matter.

Mr Chanda wonders why it is difficult for government to engage the aggrieved stakeholders on how this thorny issue can be resolved without injuring anyone.
