RTSA Head of Public Relations Fredrick Mubanga
Road Transport and Safety Agency says it is aware of some bus operators and bus drivers violating the Statutory Instrument that restricts the movement of buses at night.
RTSA Head of Public Relations Fredrick Mubanga has warned that those who will be caught will be dealt with in accordance with the Law.
He has appealed to all bus operators and drivers to adhere to the provisions of the SI number 76 of 2016 as it is the law.
Speaking in a telephone interview, Mr. Mubanga says this law is aimed at reducing road accidents in the country hence the need for bus operators and bus drivers to uphold the law.
