In an interview with QTV News, Dr. Chilufya explains that with the Health Insurance Scheme, government intends to bring to an end the out of the pocket payments for accessing health services in Zambia.

He says people should therefore be assured that whether they have money or not they will be able to access health services when they fall ill at either a public or private health institution.

Dr Chilufya states that this remains the sure way the PF government wants to improve and increase access to health services in the country.
