Electoral Expert MacDonald Chipenzi has observed that the delay to dispose of 2016 election petitions by the Constitutional Court is an injustice to the petitioners.

Mr. Chipenzi wonders why Members of Parliament whose seats were nullified are still serving in various government oppositions.

He has since called for efficiency and better way of handling election petitions.

Mr. Chipenzi says there is need to dispose of these cases that are still before the ConCourt so that the people who petitioned are happy with the results and pace.

He alleges that the ConCourt has a bad name in the public and thus the need for them to improve on efficiency.

He has since challenged the constitutional court to ensure that it moves with speed in handling these cases.
