President Edgar Lungu has been challenged to explain why Agriculture Minister Dora Siliya is not within the Country amidst a national wide attack of army worms.

The Felix Mutati led MMD is wondering why the Agriculture Minister can stay outside the Country when it is in fact her Ministry that is supervising the curbing of the attack by the worms.
National Secretary Raphael Nakachinda says his party is of the view that President Lungu should summon Ms. Siliya from wherever she has traveled abroad.
Mr. Nakachinda states that the MMD does not think it makes sense for the Minister to stay abroad when Zambia is facing numerous challenges at the pick of this year’s farming season.
He has told QTV News in an interview that his party is to this effect saddened by the absence of Ms. Siliya.
Mr. Nakachinda says President Lungu must act quickly on this matter.
