President Edgar Lungu has been praised for pardoning all party members that stood as independent candidates in last year’s general elections.

Mwansabombwe Member of Parliament Rodgers Mwewa is pleased that President Lungu has once again proved that that his leadership is drawn from divine wisdom.
Mr. Mwewa is of the view that what President Lungu has done will add on to the ruling PF’s numbers and ultimate strength and unity.
In an interview with QTV News Mr. Mwewa says his appeal to fellow party members is that they heed to President Lungu’s directive to embrace all members that have been pardoned.
Mr. Mwewa is urging fellow party members to realize that politics is in fact about numbers.
He says this means that if the ruling PF begins to have its numbers increase its strength and unity will be sustained enough to win the 2021 general elections.
