UPND becoming illogical – PF

The ruling Patriotic Front (PF) says it is illogical for the opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) to claim that the PF are planning to send their cadres to attack President Lungu in order to frame the UPND.

Patriotic Front Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya says it is disappointing that such a comment can come from a man who is aspiring for the highest position in the country.

Mr Bwalya says the PF is more committed to serious issues involving the development of the country.

He adds that the comment coming from the UPND leader is outrageous as the PF government is focusing on improving the economic situation of the nation.

He was speaking following Hakainde Hichilema’s accusations that the PF want to send cadres to attack president Lungu and blame the opposition.
