PF is being hypocritical in the condemnation of violence – Siakalima

UPND presidential special advisor Douglas Siakalima says the PF should stop deceiving Zambians that it is against the perpetration of political violence of any form.

Mr Siakalima says it is hypocritical for the PF to claim that it is role a model political party when it comes to condemning political violence.

He says it is hypocritical for the ruling PF to condemn acts of violence being reported in Southern Province when such violence is widespread in Lusaka.

In an interview with QFM News, Mr. Siakalima has wondered why the ruling PF has not come out strongly in condemning the violence being perpetrated by its cadres in places like Kanyama and Mandevu in Lusaka.

Mr. Siakalima states that such selective condemnation of political violence by the ruling party is meant to shift people’s attention from the real issues.
