KK calls for peace

First Republican President Dr Kenneth Kaunda has called on all Zambians to maintain peace during the post election period.

Dr Kaunda says Zambians should continue loving one another in line with the biblical principle of love your neighboKKr as you love yourself

Speaking at Bole international airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia en route to Equatorial Guinea, Dr Kaunda said the future of Zambia was in God’s hands.

Meanwhile, Dr Kaunda shared a light moment with guests and staff of Hilton hotel who expressed joy and happiness to see him.

Dr Kaunda played a piano and sung Pan-African songs of unity much to the delight of his audience

He made a stopover in Ethiopia on his way to Malabo, Equatorial Guinea where he has been invited to attend a conference together with 30 other former African Heads of state to discuss the future of Africa.

This is according to a statement by first secretary for press and tourism at Zambia’s Embassy in Addis Ababa Naomi Chulu.
