ZCSD Executive Director Lewis Mwape says this is because when the constitution bill was taken to parliament for adoption, some provisions in the final draft constitution were removed.

Mr. Mwape says this is why stakeholders are only quoting provisions of the law that are in their favor in view of the presidential election petition.

He says there is need therefore to work on perfecting the constitution.
