TIZ tips political parties

TIZ Executive Director Goodwell Lungu

Transparency International Zambia (TIZ) has advised political parties to adequately train poling agents to man the polling stations and results centers to prevent unforeseeable rigging.

TIZ Executive Director Goodwell Lungu says there is too much talk about the possible rigging of the elections and that political parties can prevent this unforeseeable occurrence.

Mr. Lungu believes that if political parties form parallel voter tabulation system they can prevent such occurrences.

And Mr. Lungu has encouraged Zambians to turn out in large numbers to take part in the voting process.
