MISA Zambia Chairperson Hellen Mwale says what has been captured in the bill of rights is what they submitted to the judicial reforms committee and the law development commission.

Ms. Mwale says if the bill goes through and is enacted into law; the media will have no issues with the government.

She says the media is happy that all the progressive laws have been covered such as access to information.

Ms. Mwale has since encouraged journalists to read and understand the bill of rights so that as they go to vote in the referendum they will know what they will be voting for with regards to media freedoms.
