Mr. Nkhoma states that in order for Zambia to fully benefit from the agriculture sector, there is an urgent need for the government to make investment in agriculture more attractive by giving incentives to citizens to venture into agriculture business on a medium to large scale level.

He adds that government must depoliticize the agriculture sector to allow the private sector play a major role in agriculture marketing to enable farmers get value for their products.
