The Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ) says it is deeply concerned that even after the recent interparty indaba, some politicians have continued to propagate hate speech and insults which have the potential to ignite violence.
EFZ Executive Director Pukuta Mwanza says there is need for politicians to sober up and use acceptable language towards each other.
Reverend Mwanza says politicians should tone down their language and focus on issues rather than attacking each other.
He adds that politicians should realize that people will judge them by the language that they use thus it is important that they are mindful of their language.
Reverend Mwanza has further reminded political leaders to keep reminding their members of the resolutions of the recent interparty meeting.
