Govt ready to construct universities in all provinces

Government says it remains focused in ensuring that universities are build in all the ten provinces foe easy access to higher education.

Higher Education Deputy Minister Steven Mushanga says it is government’s hope of introducing universities in all the provinces so that people will not move from province to another just to access higher education.

And Mr. Mushanga says government wants to ensure that all necessary structures are build before recruiting lecturers for the newly build Robert Makasa University in Chinsali.

He says he is very impressive with the structures built within the university premises saying this will no doubt do a service to the people in Muchinga Province.
