PF Secretary General Davies Chama
Patriotic Front (PF) Secretary General Davies Chama says there is no cause for political parties to shun national event.
Mr. Chama says it is sad that some political parties shunned yesterday’s Labor Day commemorations.
He says national events are supposed to be commemorated by everyone regardless of the parties they are coming from.
Mr. Chama says there is need to be one when it comes to certain events and just set aside political differences.
He however states that those who shunned the event have their own reasons for shunning such gatherings.
Meanwhile Mr. Chama says people should not pay attention to stories that are being fabricated on social media citing that no genuine member of the party will wake up and begin to scandalize someone.
He says those fabricating stories about Presidential aid Amos Chanda should not be given any attention.
