Mufulira Wanderers host Nchanga Rangers on Thursday in a Faz Super League Week 28 match at Shinde Stadium.

Nchanga are one of the five sides that the nine-time Zambian champions lost to in the first half of the 2015 Super League season.

Wanderers were hammered 3-0 away in the first leg by Nchanga on June 14 in Chingola to suffer their fourth and last away defeat in the first half of the campaign.

But promoted Wanderers are safe from demotion in 5th place on 42 points and are looking strong to end the season in the top six following their return to top flight football this year after a ten-year hiatus.

However, the pressure is on visiting Nchanga who are 11th on 30 points with three games left to play heading into their visit to Wanderers.

Nchanga also have a very poor away record this season and are without a win on the road in 13 games in which they have lost seven matches.

They also head into their second successive away game on the back of a 1-0 loss to second from bottom Nakambala Leopards on October 3.

A rare away victory for Nchanga this week will also be enough to safely eliminate them from the relegation battle ensuing just below the Chingola club.
