Mr Hichilema states that while many people might be surprised about the things he is saying about President Sata, he personally learnt a lot from him, adding that the late president at his best was the best that politics could be.

He states that while he did not agree with Mr. Sata in ideology and principle, that should not take away the fact that he was a politician in his own class.

The UPND leader says President Sata did his best for the country until his untimely death, and has encouraged his family to soldier on and continue carrying forward the values he imparted on them.
