COMESA Secretary General Sindiso Ngwenya has congratulated government and the people Zambia on the occasion to mark their Country’s 51st Independence anniversary.
In his congratulatory message, Mr. Sindiso states that on this epic occasion of the 51st anniversary of independence, COMESA recalls Zambia’s major contribution to Africa’s development through its support to the continent’s liberation movements and to the African integration agenda.
Mr. Sindiso notes that through its leadership, Zambia has demonstrated remarkable maturity in handling and managing its own development and destiny.
He believes that the vision of One Zambia, One Nation has continued to guide the Country to higher levels of economic prosperity founded on peace and security.
