KATE Middleton and Prince William have colour co-ordinated their latest outfits.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge both opted to wear purple as they attended a creative collaborations event to signify the ties between the UK and China, in London.

Following her attendance to the state banquet the night before, Kate wowed in a purple lace Dolce & Gabbana dress as she greeted the Chinese President Xi Jinping and the First Lady Peng Liyuan.

She accessorised her outfit with a pair of matching purple shoes.

After wearing the Queen Mother’s tiara, the mum of 2 let her sleek hair fall around her shoulders.

Following Kate’s style, Prince William wore a matching purple tie with a smart blue suit.

They look amazing!

As the Duke walked ahead with the President, Kate was seen in deep conversation with the First Lady.

Meanwhile, Kensington Palace have shared pictures from the event, including one of the Duke and Duchess watching a film on the year of cultural exchange between the UK and China.

The event also saw Prince William declare that The Royal Foundation, United for Wildlife and Sanpower will work together to protect a number of species.
