BoZ Governor Denny Kalyalya
Former Finance Minister Katele Kalumba says he has trust that Bank of Zambia (BoZ) Governor Denny Kalyalya is competent to arrest the depreciation of the Kwacha.
Dr. Kalumba says having worked with Dr. Kalyalya before, he is confident that the Central bank Governor knows the right measures that need to be put in place to stem the Kwacha’s depreciation.
In an interview with Qfm News by telephone, Dr. Kalumba has observed that the Kwacha presently requires bold measures to be put in place to recover.
Dr. Kalumba says he is certain that both Finance Minister Alexander Chikwanda and Dr. Kalyalya are knowledgeable about the measures that are supposed to be put in place.
Dr. Kalumba has also implored commercial Banks to be constructive players in the money market.
