PF, UPND in Monze reconcile

The ruling PF and opposition UPND in Monze District have reconciled in the spirit of reconciliation as the country continues to pray and fast.

Monze PF District Chairman Gilbert Mwila says the two factions in the district saw it fit to reconcile in a spirit of promoting on Zambia one Nation.

Mr. Mwila has explained to QFM News via telephone that both UPND and PF members in the district decided to heed to the call by President Lungu to reconcile as the country continues to pray and fast.

He has disclosed that yesterday, he met with the UPND Youth Commander in Monze, Kelvin Cornhill, and had a pleasant conversation with him as brothers.

He adds that the UPND members in the district have also realized the need for all Zambians to work together in taking the nation forward.
