Lubinda responds to allegations that he has failed to develop constituency

Patriotic front (PF) Kabwata Member of Parliament Given Lubinda has accused some politicians of giving out money to women in market places in the name of empowering them.

He says such kind of help is temporal and it is a mockery to development.

Mr. Lubinda who is also the Agriculture and Livestock Minister, thinks that removing people from poverty is when someone provides asserts of production to the constituents.

He was reacting to the allegations that he has failed to empower and develop his constituency.
