Kalumbila mine to support women in business

Kalumbila Gold Mine Sustainability Manager Brenda Thambathamba has reaffirmed the mine’s commitment to ensuring that women are supported in business.

Mrs. Thambathamba says the mine is working tirelessly to ensure that women are respected by empowering them.

She says women are responsible people hence the need to help them with financial support to boost various businesses.

And Mrs. Thambathamba has further disclosed that women will be given financial aid to help them venture into various businesses adding that the women will be closely monitored by the mining firm to ensure that the money will not be mismanaged.
