Munali Constituency 2016 aspiring Member of Parliament Patrick Mungo has advised government to construct parliamentarian operational offices and residential houses in constituencies where members of parliaments are coming from.

Mr. Mungo says members of parliament should begin leaving in their constituencies and working from there so that they can understand better the problems and challenges that the people in their constituencies are facing.

Mr. Mungo notes that Members of Parliament are supposed to live with their people and serve them from their respective areas unlike the case is where members of parliament only visit their constituencies once in a while.

He adds that members of parliament can only be travelling to Lusaka when parliament is sitting adding that this will help in taking the development that the people in their respective constituencies need and will help them respond quickly when they need to.

Mr. Mungo further states that it is important that members of parliament take their jobs seriously and serve their people effectively.
