The Zambian Voice Executive Director Chilufya Tayali says the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) under the leadership of President Edgar Lungu is a hired party by former Republican President Rupiah Banda to fight his battles using State Machinery.

Mr. Tayali has told QFM News in a statement that it is a figment of the mind to think that he has been hired by suspended DPP Mutembo Nchito saying he would rather be hired by the ruling party PF.

And Mr. Tayali says he would not want to take a go on Chief Government Spokesperson Chishimba Kambwili personally as he has done to him saying he respects him as an elder brother and he thinks he is a principled man.

He says Mr. Kambwili is being used unknowingly just like he has been used before and that he feels pity for him especially as one of the founder members of PF.

He has reminded Mr. Kambwili not to get excited with his position as a Minister to trample on my rights by talking about his Rape case which is in court.

Mr. Tayali says his rape case in court should not be used as a grenade fixed on his bottom to
shut him up, that if he talks, it will be detonated.

He says he will not ignore wrong things, especially where the rights of individuals are violated.

And Mr. Tayali says PF member Fr Frank Bwalya on the other hand, has to talk to show relevance in PF, otherwise his strategy to dissolve his party and get a job would be futile.

Mr. Tayali adds that Fr. Bwalya does not know anything about principle and self sacrifice for others, adding that this is why he left Priesthood, but he respects him because his Holy Orders are indelible.

Meanwhile, Governance Activist Maurice Malambo says if Mr. Nchito has nothing to fear, he should be man enough to face the tribunal so that he is cleared of all allegations.

Mr. Malambo tells QFM News in a walk interview that stakeholders should be calm and allow the tribunal to do its work without interference.
