NAREP launches 2015 presidential campaign

The National Restoration Party (NAREP) has today officially launched its presidential campaign under the theme “Economic Freedom for Every Zambian”.

Speaking during the campaign launch, NAREP President Elias Chipimo Junior says the theme is appropriate for the January 20th presidential by election as this is a time for renewal, redemption and restoration.
Mr Chipimo explains that economic freedom is biblical and communicates an urgent need of people’s freedom.

Mr. Chipimo says mothers and fathers in the country need economic freedom to be able to afford mealie meal to feed their families, adding that families also need economic freedom to perform their duties with dignity and professionalism.

He adds that the youth also need economic freedom to become successful business owners who are not dependent on handouts.

Mr. Chipimo says the rural farmers also need economic freedom by being paid for their products on time.

The NAREP leader points out that universities and colleges also need economic freedom to be able to provide quality tuition to the school leavers.

He has appealed to church leaders, traditional leaders and the people of Zambia to walk with his party in the journey to restore the nation to the place God intended it to be.

Mr. Chipimo was during the same launch presented with a letter and certificate of adoption by NAREP vice president Charles Maboshe.
